INJURED !!!!!!

yo everybody....
Wednesday was the second day for the freshies...
the turn out was still OK ...familiar faces..

after the junior have 'warmed up' their throw...
some of the senior including ME!!!! haha show a demo for the junior..
LAYOUT!!!
but in the process,i injured myself =[

luckily today went for an x-ray...
and the result was....
there's no evidence of fractured or dislocation of shoulder...whoo...
so it mean ,
I'm gonna recover soon...

freshie orientation for frisbee begin

hey its been a long time since i update my blog...
ntg to blog abt i guess...
after the club crawl ..
we receive a overwhelming number of people signed up for Frisbee...
but today was the first"training" for them...
abt 100++ came
hope to see them come again man...

I'm glad to see ppl who played ultimate halfway came back and still hope for more to come back...
enough of Frisbee...haha
now I'm still recovering on my injured knee...
i cant pivot to the max..but hoping it will be fine by summer league...
