training will be a piece of cake

This 3 days it’s a roller coaster ride for me ..
It’s getting bad to worse..

Tuesday training,
I feel the team is lack of the firepower...
Even people like adam, yinci and even the captain can’t do anything..
I appreciate on their doing.
But as a team player myself,
I feel that there’s no point shouting at them..
They will count when they want to.
No point forcing them to.
Let it be silent,they will eventually feel weird and that's when they will start to count
I myself didn’t count because if I count it’s a half-hearted count.

The juniors will get it someday. It will come naturally.
If I’m a junior, I will get pissed with those people who continue asking me to count.
Do comprehend on that people.

Wednesday training,
Another nightmare, the similar mania happened.
Dropping disc like nobody business.
Although we completed the drill,
the feeling is not satisfy as this is not the standard of NYP
We can do better than this…
All they need is motivation, encouragement,
People do crack-up; those people do make a difference.

Example I have is; if someone u love most passed away, u will want to promise yourself that you will work hard to make them proud of you right?
Same thing applies. That person will make a difference
I just hope this team will succeed!!!

i don't know why this few days i felt as if I've lost something precious!!!
i don't know what's the situation like right now...
I'm confuse and i don't know what to do...
perhaps this is a test for me during the Ramadan month
I'll just endure in the meantime.

i found this rather meaningful

in each persons life there is a moment that defines the rest of his life
this moment is different for each individual,and it can turn your life completely around
it can come in many different ways
maybe moving somewhere,far away,or just vacationing
reuniting with family or friends
or just meeting that one special person
it doesn't matter how it comes.
the only thing that matters is how you take it

when the skies look cloudy,and hope is dimming away,
look for that ray of light that hides among the darkness
and follow the road that your heart desires (being with u )

there's always a way to beat your problems
if you fight for what you want,and maintain high hopes,
you'll see problems are temporary,they come and go like the wind.
its up to you to outlast them...
and if you beat your troubles,
you'll find that life is full of love and friendship.
that make troubles pale in comparison

sometimes when you feel like your drowning,
angels are looking over you and making sure that the water doesn't go over your shoulders
BUT it's up to you to find them..
and when you find them,never let go

Love is nort easy to find and keep for long
BUT it's easy to lose control of
unless a special bond is formed stronger than everything else in the whole world
