training

hmmm today was late for class...
but luckily its was ELP haah
went Mac do our last minute project...
lesson ended at 5..
felt sick today..but still can carry on with training

On Training...
the team sud work tgt..put 100% during both drills and games...
lets work thing out...
after training,instead of PT,we do a BEEP test...
i did it all wrongly...didnt pace myself well...
need to improve on that...
reached home at 12,took a bath and straight to slp =)
preparing for tomoro...
